YES, we do Private Party Transfers aka "PPT". It is actually illegal for a dealer/FFL not to offer the service. This is when you purchase a gun from someone, you'll need an FFL to legally transfer ownership.
The cost for the service is $37.19 DROS (State background check fee) plus $10 per firearm in the same transaction. There is not a limit to the number of guns transferred in the same transaction. Both the seller and buyer must be present and have ready all the required documents.

YES!!!! In accordance with CA Penal Code 33850 we can legally pick up your firearms, ammo & related accessories from any police or sheriffs dept on your behalf no matter the reason they were taken.
We have provided this service for years, and do it frequently enough we are on a first name basis with most of the surrounding police departments & LA County Sheriffs property divisions.
Whether they can be returned to you or not, they are your property and you have the right to have a licensed firearms dealer pick them up. If they cannot be returned to you for legal reasons, we can facilitate the transfer of them to someone you choose (must be eligible to own firearms) or place them on consignment with us.
YES!!!! In accordance with CA Penal Code 29810 if you are ordered by the courts to relinquish/surrender all firearms, magazines, and related accessories.... you can bring them to us and we'll complete all the necessary documentation required by the courts as proof of compliance with the order.

The layaway period begins on the date of order and ends ninety (90) calendar days from that date.
Layaway requirements:
(a) Minimum order of four hundred dollars ($400.00)
(b) Layaway fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) will apply to each firearm
(c)A twenty-five percent (25%) deposit is required
If we don't have it in stock, and it's available for purchase at one of our many distributors nationwide, then yes we will be happy to special order it for you. Special orders require payment be made before we place the order. Once payment is made, we order it immediately and usually receive it within 2-5 days.
